2.Sweet Potatoes: Sweet potato which is popular in Indian during the winters are high in beta carotenes just like the carrots hence it will help in getting a healthy scalp which aids in proper hair growth and thus healthy hair.

3.Bell Pepper: Bell peppers are rich in Vitamin C. This vitamin is great for the glowing skin and shinier hair. Vitamin C is also an antioxidant which promotes the hair growth and cell renewal rate in the scalp. Thus, you get healthier scalp and hair.

4.Brown Rice: Complex carbohydrates, feed energy over a longer period of time than refined carbohydrates, brown rice is an ideal form of complex carbs, when eaten with protein, it keeps you full for longer and its good for your hair. It’s also a good source of B vitamins and fiber.
