How To Control Hair Fall

According to experts loosing 50-100 strands of hair in a day is normal. But if it is falling more than that then you have to take it seriously. So, here we are providing some suggestion to control hair fall.

Amla: Amla is good for healthy hair growth and is also known for improving the pigmentation of the hair. Mix 2 teaspoons of amla juice with 2 teaspoons of lime juice. Apply this mixture on the scalp and leave it to dry for 2 hours. Rinse off with warm water.


Lemon Juice: Lemon Juice is the almost the solution of every hair problem.Eating an apple or drinking lemon juice can help cure
It helps in fighting dandruff and providing smooth and shiny hair. Mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice with 2 teaspoons of coconut or olive oil, apply this mixture evenly on scalp and hair, wait for 1 hour and wash your hair with mild shampoo. It can be repeated once every week.

Onion: Just like garlic, onions are also a powerful natural remedy for hair growth. Although the strong smell of onion makes it repulsive to many people, but you have to come to terms with it if you want to have long and gorgeous tresses. Take 2 to 3 onions and grate them to extract the juice. Apply this juice on the scalp and leave it on for 30 minutes. Now, wash your hair with a mild shampoo. This remedy can be repeated once every week.


Potatoes: Potatoes are rich in nutrients and vitamins and it also helps in preventing dryness from hair and give smooth and shiny hair. Take 1 ½ cups of potato juice in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of honey, a little bit of water and 1 egg yolk and mix it together. Apply this mixture to damp hair and leave it on for 30 minutes. Wash off with a mild shampoo.


Other than all these factors our daily diet also plays a vital role in this. Our diet should contain nutrients, vitamins and minerals in the right proportion. And try to include vegetables, fruits, juices in your diet.
