To do turban therapy at home we need a mixture of oil like coconut oil, olive oil, corn oil and castor oil. Mix all the oils in the same proportion, heat it and let cool it down. Once it will cool, massage the oil into your scalp and leave it for 2 hours and even leave it for overnight. Next day before taking the bath, dip the towel in hot water and make sure you rinse all the extra water from the towel, wrap the hot towel around your head and stay it up for around 20 minutes. Make sure the water is not too hot otherwise it will burn your scalp also. And you can also use readymade hot oils which are easily available in the market to ease up your work.

Hot turban therapy mainly deals with deep penetration of oil into the roots of hair, it not only makes your hair look healthy but also puts an end to problems of hair fall as well as dandruff.
